New WinTV scheduling program

I've written a scheduling program for Hauppauge WinTV cards.
Features include:

* Uses WinTV2000 or WinTVCap for recording.
* Clean user interface
* Changes recording information directly in the registry. No more discovering that WinTV recorded the wrong channel.
* Allows you to set the recording quality for each show separately.
* Start all recordings several seconds before the "official" start time and end a couple seconds after. Useful for networks whose 8 o'clock shows tend to start at 7:59:35. The amount of time can be changed in the preferences.
* Can store specified shows in their own folders.
* Can automatically free up space on the recording drive by emptying the recycle bin and/or deleting old shows. Never discover that your recording quit half way through because you ran out of drive space.

What !?! A couple of seconds before and after !

You obviously don't live in Australia. Programs are regulary broadcast with start/end times that can vary by 5 minutes either way. Worst case I had was about 35 minutes (and I was pretty mad by that time - I was watching "live").

PS: And yes, the advertised time and the 'real' starting time were different, it wasn't just a printing error or a mis-reading error.

i tried to download, but the zip doesn't seem to work.
for small i get only 1k for the full 304k,
but neither seems to be a valid zip archive.

any idea, what's wrong.
i also downloaded textread.zip, which is fine...

I don't know what happened.
I reFTPd the files and they appear to work fine now.
