Is this audio drop-out?

I've posted before about bug with missing OK button, but nobody noticed that I had problem with audio as well.

Seinfeld Season 1&2, disk 1, every second extra has about 1 - 2 minutes silence and than sound comes back. When that happens picture freezes. If I move slider (PowerDVD) back & forth, everything goes bac to normal (audio sinchronized with video). But if I start from the menu again, same thing happens.

Am I experiencing famous audio drop-out or it is something new?

It would be new, as the "famous" audio dropout appears when reproducing in some standalones.

I would recommend you try burning (to a DVD+RW so not generate a coaster) and play in your standalone player, to check if it is a problem with your RB backup or with PowerDVd and your system
