Pauses During playback

i have some problems with pauses during playback. they dont appear when played in windows media player, but do appear on standalones. i am using dvdremake pro 2.6.2 to edit my dvds, and that version supposed to fix that problem specifically. they look like a 1sec pause, and then the movie continue to play.

im using CCE
dvdremake pro 2.6.2
DVD-RB 0.67
tried on 2 sony standalone players

could it be related to this thread?

EDIT: just did some more testing, this pauses appear when a new chapter starts. on ALL dvds processed with dvdremake pro 2.6.2

Pauses between chapters may be caused by layer break flags, Cell Still Time > 0, wrong cell time, or problems in the VOB's Nav Packs.

You can verify the layer breaks and still times with PgcEdit, in the cell table of the PGC Editor.

May be an IfoEdit's mock strip can solve the problem, because it recalculates the cell times and fixes all Nav pointers.

Just to be adequate, official version of DvdReMake Pro 2.6.2 doesn't have this issue... :rolleyes:

thanks all for your replies. i did use ifoedit for fix those movies already. and re-downloaded dvdremake 2.6.2, which now to work fine.
