Hi everybody.

Hi have a minor problem when converting af Avi to DVD. Im starting out with a avifile. FPS on this file is 23.976. I also have a .srt file with subtitles, also 23.976. If I try to play this file in BSplayer, loading the subtitles it turns out perfect.

I have before with succes tried to convert a AVI and a subtitlefile to DVD (mpv) but this time it causes me some problems. As before Im using the "NTSC to PAL" method.

But the outcome in this case is a mpv-file where the subtitles do not fit at all. I cant really figure out what the problem is.

Furthermore I had some problems with the audio when DVD2SVCD started BeSweet to convert it. I started a loong proces, taking about 3 sec for every one second in the file to convert. It was the transcoding. With other files the audioconvert only takes 10-15 min. I sorted this out by manually converting the audio with BeSweet.

But back to my problem. Subtitles dont fit to my mpv-file after converting with DVD2SVCD. I load the avi-file, then load the subtitlefile (.srt), then selecting "NTSC to PAL" and 16:9 as I like the borders.

Hopefully somebody can helt me :0)

Your video is speeded up. Check the length! :-) referring to NTSC2PAL method called AssumeFPS on avisynth.com
Why dont you let D2S to finish the process?
