I'm getting lazy after having used AGK for some time. Can the following be done with AGK:
I would like to modify the avs-file produced by AGK by adding a few filters. Is it possible to feed this modified avs directly through AGK. I'm not good at manually configuring vdubmod.

No, not with AGK. But there's a tool that will let you do exactly what you want. GK.
