Frustrated with D2SROBA

I'm runnig a PIV 3.0 hyperthreading processor, 512 Ram (kingston), Intel 865 mobo.
I use DVD2SVCD with D2Sroba to encode my movies into SVCD. My trouble is that sometimes I found this error message:
EIniFileException Unable to write to C:\tmp\AVISYNTH.INI
(I use tmp folder as working folder).
Does anybody has an idea about this error?

Try disabling your antivirus.
Especially if you're running PC-cillin

Thanks for your tip, but it didn't work
I use NOD32 as my antivirus. I disabled it and tried to encode a movie, but I got the same error.
It always happen at the same point (stage), after CCE, and in the last process (besweet)
I'm going to try a new way. I'll start my PC in safe mode (I'm running WINDOWS XP PRO) and try an encoding in this mode.
