Nero and burning non-standard SVCD/VCD

Hello! I have NeroVision Express 3 (and Nero burning Rom 6 and Nero Express) on Windows XP Pro. I am burning non-standard SVCD/VCD videofiles. In Nero one can choose between standard and non-standard SVCD/VCD in options (I can switch to Nero Express from Nero; i.e. if I choose non-standard SVCD/VCD in Nero and then switch to Nero Express I can also burn non-standard SVCD/VCD in Nero Express). But can one burn non-standard SVCD/VCD in NeroVision Express 3? How is that done? Thank you.
