joining 2 mpeg files with the same resolution but different framerate

TMPGenc can't join 2 mpeg files (that were encoded with tmpgenc).
One is 23.976fps (29.976 playback) and the other one is 29.976fps. Is there any way to join them? Resolution is the same.

Your best bet would be to do a 3:2 pulldown on the 23.976fps clip to make it 29.97 and then join.
