I have been useing DVD Shrink to remove all extras and removing unwanted audio streams. I then save it to a hard disk folder win "No Compression" done to the move so the movie is still well over 4 gigs and open the VIDEO_TS folder with Rebuilder and use CCE to encode it. What I want to know is, am I looseing any quality with DVD Shrink even though I dont do any compression I just use it to strip the movie?
Thanks for any replys

hi and welcome to the forum,
in short, no :)
if you set the compression in shrink to 0 (%) you won't get any quality loss!

Thanks for the welcome and for the reply .. I just seem to be comfortable to DVD shrink because I have used it for so long but now see the reason for CCE. I have just got a 55" Samsung and can see a huge difference from my 37" Sony with my older movies I have done. I just want to make sure Im doing it the best possibal way.

well you'll get a lot of different opinions if you ask some people around here "what's best".
basically i think with dvdrebuilder using CCE you get a very decent compromise between automation and resulting quality!
