@Kurtnoise13: Nice GUI !

In order to use Nero AAC Encoder, I guess I have to have Nero installed. ok.
What else?
Do I have to put the encoder files in the same folder as BeSweet and BeLight?
What files? :(

Note: I started a new thread by mistake. I wanted to put my question into the "BeLight" thread.
I was not allowed to delete it, though :(

Just put Aacenc32.dll and aac.dll in the same folder as BeSweet...These librairies are in \Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\AudioPlugin\ directory.

Can I have more information on this? What is the Nero AAC Encoder? Can it be used for DVD video? I already have Nero 6. What do I need so I can create DVDs with AAC 6 channel audio?

If I can't do that then how in the world can I put AAC 6-ch on DVD? :( Why would people output in that format anyway if you can't put it on DVDs or VCDs or CDs? Isn't AC3 widely-supported?

Nero installed + last beta BeSweet release (including bsn.dll) if you want to have the new technology (aka HE-AAC), otherwise you can try with FAAC encoder.

Well..you can put an AAC_6ch with video in different containers as Matroska (mkv) or mp4 but like I said before you can't create a DVD (playable on standalone DVD players) with this Audio Format. Actually, the most easy way to do that seems to be the last Nero Recode (check the news) or the mkvtoolnix for Matroska files.

If it's not possible to put AAC on DVD, then how can I convert it to AC3 so that it does go on DVD? Since my AAC is 6 channel, I would want to preserve that 6 channel. :confused:

@Sakuya

Please use the search, this has been covered in the forum many times and in the FAQ
