I read the sticky but didn't find the exact ansewr to my question:i decrypted a dvd(file mode) onto my hd and would like to set the ifos so when i insert the dvd into my standalone player it jumps directly to my language(italian) menù,which program should i use,ifoedit or pgcedit?What should i do?The menù is located at VTS_01_0.vob,vobid=18 according to vobrator

boombastic, you can follow the pgcedit guide to jump straight to the movie. In it, you can select which language you want to start with.
Otherwise, a very very simple manner is to use pgcedit and insert a SetSTN command in the pre-command area of the PGC of your movie, selecting the righ audio and subs. It's not guaranteed to work though. It won't if a command after the one you insert changes that selection again.
I'd go for the guide if I were you.

Of course, if your player's set up is "Italian" then it will select those menus by default.

But jean's guide is a good one, although I must say, I prefer to trace the PGCs all through myself with PPgcEdit.
