The video is good on still, blurred on motion.

Why is it that my captured videos are all nice on still pictures, but whenever the people start moving, the picture gets blurred, like it is composed of hundered of HORIZONTAL lines, that are not aligned correctly.

it is very annoying. I would like to resolve this problem in REAL TIME preview using virtualCVR preview window.

These "comb teeth" are most likely interlace artifacts. You will need to deinterlace your captures. See sections 7.1.3 and 7.2.4 of the Capture Guide (http://www.doom9.org/capture/start.html).
