Nero Recode Oversized "Main Movie" dvd

Sometimes Nero Recode creates oversized dvds in "main movie" mode.
It exceeds max size by 10-25 MB only (and I can't enable overburn on my dvd writer).
Is it related with smaller size of DVD+R towards DVD-R?
I had to set 4460 MB size instead of standard DVD5 to solve the problem (4470 was still too much).
Can it be related with subtitle size not count by nero?

I had these oversize problems too on some movies (the result was 50MB bigger than what was aimed at...)
Doesn't have anything to do with DVD+R.

My solution was to set the aim size to 4400MB instead of the default 4459MB - results were about 4430MB then and I could burn it.

As far as I can tell from transcoding one DVD, Nero Recode 2.1.1.24 doesn't have that problem any more (at least I hope so - as I said before I have only transcoded one DVD with this version so far, but the result was exactly 4458MB :) )
