DVD2DVD Without Scenarist

Is it possible to create a DVD without using the Scenarist 2.7, checking another option for the Images creation?

Yes, select DVD Author on the 'DVD Image' tab.

Ok I selected DVD Autor and I have checked the ISO image option and DVD Chapter and unchecked the include movie info on cd, will that create an ISO image of the DVD that I will be able to burn with Nero? or I still need DVDDecrypter to burn a DiscImage.dvd file.

It creates an ISO image you can burn either with DVD Decrypter or Nero.
For the record, the discimage.dvd imsge Scenarist creates is also an ISO. If you rename it to discimage.iso it burns fine with Nero.
