AAC 5.1 to AC3 5.1?

Hi. I was wondering if there is a way to convert AAC 5.1 to AC3 5.1? I want to do this so that I can put it on DVD. But the problem is that none of my authoring programs support AAC. I use TMPGEnc DVD Authoring, Nero 6, and DVDAuthorGUI. :( Is this even possible?

Is there a definition of AAC somewhere? Is it the same as Dolby Digital or DTS?
