[DVD Shrink 3.2] What is "March by ZeF69" toolbar ??

I saw 'Added "March by ZeF69" toolbar' in the 3.2xx changelog http://www.mrbass.org/dvdshrink/changelog.html

As a person who deals with removing free search toolbars from Internet Explorer everyday - please tell me this is not spyware. I am anxiously awaiting an answer to determine if I will download the newest version or not.
