Try ripping with internal routines. If you have the DVD already in the HD, you can re-rip from it; just activate DVD ripping in DVD rip tab.
We can guess, but we need the logfile to give you the right indications.

Probably your VTS is a multi-PGC one, so you have to rip it again.
Please try with the internal routines.
Also, in mplex_log.txt you will find more info about mplex process (and may be the error)

Also with the internal ripper there was the same error during the muxing phase and anyway audio was out of sync.I converted it into AVI with AutoGk and then use DVD2SVCD to take it to DVD and this work fine:confused:

Hi,
Seeing as it is failing at the mux stage, could you post your mplex log? Also, what is your maximum bitrate set to.
Regards,
Bob

Sorry but after doing that conversion, via AVI file,i deleted the content of the movie directory with all logs but i can remember that in the mplex log the problem was the audio, something like the "next frame was not that expected",sorry for the imprecisions:(
