I just ran a Deep Space Nine episode DVD through 0.67 and it came out oversized at 4.4GB(4.73GB). I was able to save it by compressing the menu in DVD Shrink though, but was wondering if others have experienced this?

I've had no problems at all. Can you tell me if TargetSectors= or CCETargetSectors= exists in your REBUILDER.INI and the values to which they are set?

There is no such entry in the Rebuilder.ini.

Ok, I just ran a movie and it came out at 4.92GB(5.28GB)!
Could be because I stoped and startet the encoding process several times because I needed the CPU power? I have done this before without problems and then just start encoding from last good encode. I will try again without interruptions.
Btw. both are PAL projects.

No. the most likely problem area is the .ECL generated. If the "Video_Type=X" parameter is not getting set to he proper value (which changes, unfortunately, from version to version of CCE) you can get encodes that may not be VBR. That can make the sizing be off.

I ran the movie through again without interupting the encode and it came out fine this time.
