Dropped frame rates

Hi,

I know the DivXDRF Analyzer can be used to determine the dropped frame rate on accelerated playback of a DivX or XviD file, but is anyone aware of a similar utility or a method for measuring dropped frames on playback of other formats such as VP6. I've tried the View Statistics function in WMP10 but it just throws up a "Statistics Are Not Available" message for such video formats.
