Convertig AAC to AC3

Hi...i want to convert a 5.1 aac to a 5.1 ac3.I know i have to create first a wav and then encode to ac3.I use faad with this command
faad.exe -o "test.wav" -d "test.aac"
but it makes a 2ch wav,not a 6ch wav:(
Do i wrong the command?
