4:3 -> 16x9 Seamless Branching....

I know this is a planned feature for sometime in the future, but I tried to downsize and convert The Abyss to widescreen, and while the downsize quality was better then I had expected give the extra 40 mins in the directors cut, the conversion didn't work at all, I assume that was due to the fact that the entire movie wasn't processed...

Is there anything I can do about that?

Sorry. As of today, you can't convert aspect ratio on a source that has seamless branching. Of course if you preprocessed and removed one of the alternate views you could probably do it.
