If you have cause to e-mail me with regard to an error, there is NO point just sending me the files without any explanation of the error received or the scenarist failed on compile etc. I have been sent several zip files lately with no explanation, just the files.
SO the files I need are:
the entire FRAMESERVING folder
VTS_01_0.VOB from the SUBTITLES folder
ALL the ifos
Logs, mxp files, scp files, any error logs, bat files.
Under support -> collect files for Zeul.. there is an automated retriev the files, zip, and email facility. Press the browse button and choose the main working directory. A zip file should be created that can be e-mailed direct to me. If you are NOT using an image as the source then please manually collect the original IFOs and zip them up also.
With these files at my disposal I can normally replicate the exact error and rectify
