I searched every thread in this forum and all the forums in world and I couldnt find any tool or tutorial that let me able to cut a certain scene from a DVD and sync the subs to the edited DVD and ofcourse keeps the original menu>

mmmm I'm not sure about the subtitles, but I know for sure that vobblanker can cut out parts of a PGC, or a whole PGC, while keeping the original menu. I don't think the subtitles should get out of sync, but I'm really not an expert on that...
In any case, you should definitely give it a shot!

if the subbies do get out of synch, try using subrip (http://zuggy.wz.cz/) and then readjusting the times of the various subbies.
