Subtitles and Maestro... (Again)

I have used Maestro many times, but I newer had this problem before.

I`ve loaded the subtitles into maestro and if I check every single picture they are there but when i Preview the movie they are not. Yes I did activate the subs... Then I compiled the DVD and played it. They still aren`t there... What did I forget to do ????

I now know where they are...
They are there but outside the picture.
I just can`t figure it it out. When I made my Project and loadet the subs they were all right where they are suposed to be. But when i preview, they are below the picture.

Does anyone have a solution for this. Besides keep trying different offsets ???

When I look at the project it shows the movie in Pal-format and the subtitles fit. When I preview it plays in NTSC-format, and the subs are below the picture. Why arn`t they the same.
