How can we measure the spatial and temporal activity of the video? I have a quality monitor software that allows me to see how the spatial and temporal activity changes with time.But i do not know how they come out with the plot of graph to show the both activities in different domain(spatial and temporal) How does they come out with such measurement? But purely measuring it by looking at the video or what?
