I use DIF4U to rip the DVD and CCE 2.50 to re-encode the ripped .MPV files.
The resulting .mpv files have shorter running time about 1 to 2 seconds.
Since some DVDs have cells around 1 sec before the end of PGC, this creates a problem of putting a cell at the wrong time.
For example, let say a PGC is 2:30:36.00 long and has a 1 sec long cell at the end of the PGC. The cell is supposed to be a 1 sec long black screen. However, when re-encoded file is 1 to 2 seconds short, it does not have 1 sec long black screen at the end of the stream. Although Reauthorist creates a cell, the created cell has a wrong time position and the cell may not be a black screen.
Is there any way to prevent CCE to produce a output that has the same as length or at least has less than only few frames difference than the original file?
If this is not possible, is there any way I can merge some black screen mpg file to the output of CCE to remove the time difference?
