animation / computer graphics?

I'm going to encode several Pixar/Disney movies in the next couple of days, and I'm not sure which quality setting to choose.
If I read the manual/PDF correctly I should choose computer graphics for the animated movie + extras.

But what is the difference between CG and animation?
And is the difference between natural picture and CG really big? Because I'm already running a test encode now with just natural picture selected..

could be really big (think southpark or really small like i dunno final fantasy maybe). From what i understand all this delta type encoders should perform rather well on cg - spatialy (since there is no random noise usually) and they could also look rather bad on the 'frame by frame' basis depending on the matrik used - think sharp unatural element borders, there could be large areas of the same color, ect.
