replaceing the he-aac or aac with others worth it?

Is it worth it to put in a mkv of real 10 nero he-aac and not reals. Will it default be picked up by most media players or not?

no but u can place it the audio codec in a mkv. with the real video codec.

Nero is VBR while RA is CBR. Make your own tests and you will see :)

i was thinking about a checkbox which give user the choice : nero or real he-aac but if user don't have nero installed....the checkbox will be automatically on real he-aac...

(euh je suis pas tres clair non? deux boutons radio, par defaut real est selectionne; si le user coche nero alors on cherche si nero est installe : si pas nero alors warning + on laisse coche real)
