Latest version of Nerovision Express crashing?

Everytime I add an MPEG2 file to the project, it crashes while analyzing the file. The application just disappears..I don't get a crash message or anything..can anyone duplicate this?

My source MPEG2 files are taken off my ReplayTV...I've done this successsfully many times on the older version of NVE...just this new one is giving me headaches..

yeah I get this problem all the time.
also though i get a "crical error" message after I turn my pc back after it dies. It does'nt seem to like mpeg2s it's something to do with ram <critical error msg report> most of the time. Also when it transcodes it may or may not crash <I hope not>. What I found works well is to turn everything off like msn yahoo aim ect load the sw and walk away. Well good luck dude

yeah now everything just crashes just reload the nero and DON'T update it
its that vers of nero does;nt work with xp...well xp home at least...
