I need to get rid of that "tearing" or "flagging" effect at the top of the picture.
I tried using an AVT-8710, which is supposedly a full frame TBC, and it had no effect whatsoever.
I also tried a JVC HR-S9911U, which has a "line" TBC, and it DID fix the tearing, but it also introduced severe jitter to the playback, making the video almost unwatchable.
I want to try a TBC-1000, but I'd like to get at least one confirmation that it could work.
