Avi 2 Dvd

Alright i joined my 2 AVI files using VDub and they play fine, so i load the AVI file into DVD2SVCD then start the conversion (enconding using TMPGEnc) after however long when all the process has finished. i go to the dir where the ISO now is and then load that using Alcohol just onto a Virtual, to see if it works. and only half the movie has been done for some reason... So what is the go there ? did i do something wrong, well i must have, but what ?
