I think the title says it all really...
Normally if making an SVCD/VCD the recommendation is to apply noise filters before resizing, in this case you are making the image smaller.
To convert letterboxed to anamorphic the image will actually be made larger in the vertical direction - so should I still apply noise filters before the resize, or is it recommended to apply afterwards in this case?
