i usually capture at 720x480 and resize down to 512x384 with tomsmocopm and sangnom for deinterlacing and antialiasing jagged edges.
i can avoid having to deinterlace if i capture at 320x240. whats the best way to upsize to 512x384 if i cap at 320x240 and avoid the jagged edges?
i did some searching but couldnt quite find the answer.
