Create a simple menu

Having had a look around the site I can't seem to see anything that is what I would like so I am asking for any help or guidance.

I have some extra's from a dvd that I would like to create a menu to link to each clip. I would prefer something that is freeware and not that complex to operate.

Thanks sky_dave for the heads up but the searchs I have done show this program is a full pro app.. If you could point to a download site that would be cool..

Maybe I have found guides on the wrong program....

DVD Maestro is definitely NOT freeware - it's not even sold anymore

@Mar_s18 - i am a scenarist user myself so i can't help you there, but you may want to try DVD Lab (http://www.dvdlab.net/dvdlab/index.html), it isn't freeware, it's under a $100 and is very good for it's price...you can download the trial
