MPEG 1/Mainconcept

I've been using Main Concept before for a long time. And I was able to encode an AVI to MPEG-1. Now I can't. It keeps saying that the perimeter is incorrect and cant mainting frame(something like that) then it aborts the encoding. How come? Pleas help.

try completely uninstalling and then reinstalling it.

I tried it some many times.Same thing..VCD encoding is ok but MPEG-1 it won't let me. Could the MPEG-1 DLL what ever messed up?
