Can one of the greater help here if possible? Using IfoEdit to strip my menus to just the cells I need to complete my finshed edit. After importing the new ifo with PGCedit, I am left with a number of dummy PGC's in the menu file, can I safely remove the dummy files to be left with a cleaned up menu file? Many thanks to the authors of the fine applications used.
Cheers.

I've learned to keep the dummies in - particularly, those that have commands in them.
Any unreference material, however, can be omitted (find these by using PgcEdit, Info - Call Cross References and scroll to the bottom of the list).

Thanks Les for the quick reply, I normally take the VOB id's needed to
put say chapter only info into the menu. I leave the dummy PGCs that have commands required for different VTS title jumps for example however I do edit all commands from the dummy PGGs not used,in some cases there could be 20 or so, to clean them out to leave the just the three or so I need would be perfect. So reading your post it can be done in PGCedit?
Regards and thanks,
Shane.

For menu processing, I tend to use VobBlanker. PgcEdit is greast for blanking whole titlesets. With VobBlanker, you can blank out the cells you dont want and replace them with 10k blanks. As well, VobBlanker doesn't copy Unreffed material by default.
When using it on menus only, just untick "Process Titles". It will then go like the clappers and your new menus will be ready. I also untick "change post into precom safely" because I do tend to use PGCEdit's Kill Playback function for this. Always play to test, of course.
