I hope I'm posting in the right place...!
I just have put together some videos done with my DV Camera to which I added some titles, photos...and I created an MPEG file of 5.25 GB. Now I would like to put everything on a DVD-R but the original file is obviously too big. Does anybody know a programme which can shrink my original file into 4.7 GB, such like DVD Shrink does with VOB files?

Ciao!!!:)

Why ? The best thing is to calculate the bitrate so that you won't get an MPEG file that is too big.

the original file is obviously too big

DVD-R is not the only thing that exists. You could put it on a DVD+R DL easily :p :D

Sure. DVD Shrink. You only need to author first, and then use DVD Shrink to shrink it.
