this is the problem: i have about 10 .vob files, without the .ifo, i want to burn them into a minidvd, is this posible?

although there may be many ways to achieve your desired result, personally i would demux the .vob files and author a (mini)DVD in a suitable authoring program.

to make life a little easier, DVD-lab accepts .vob files, comes with a 30 day free trial, and by all accounts is simple an easy to use.
there is a guide avaliable in the DVD authoring guides (http://www.doom9.org/mpg/dvdauthoring.htm)

you could even create your own menu as well.
