Thx to all of you, I have severals test to do (and also manual rebuild like said in the other thread related to #003 error).

I'll execute them and make a feeback here in a few days.

It seems there is no need for further tests ^_^

The encoding and rebuilding from "full pre-processed source" was a succes (even without "special error processing" option checked).
Since I've switched to dvd-rb 0.74, I can't tell if it was a 0.72 error because encode and rebuild from a "partial non-pre-processed source" was also working before.

Finally, it was all my fault, so all my apologies.

Thx all of you for your help.

when it's not the 003 it's the 004 >_<

I've pre-process a dvd with vobblanker (and even saved the project) and rebuild it with dvdrb. it has worked but were undersized so i tried another time.
but dvdrb, despite input directory was still the same input as before, dvd-rb said it already fit on a dvd (which obviously was wrong since it was 5.7Gb).
Closing the program or reboot didn't solved the problem so I re-did the pre-proccessing on the same ripped source, with the same vobblanker project, and rebuild it with only a greater targetSector. But now, I've got a 004 error during rebuild.

I've tried to do it again with "no compression" checked, but the error still rise.

If someone knows the solution, or if other elements are needed in order to give an explanation, don't hesitate to ask ^_^

If DVD-RB says it will fit... the odds are very high it will fit. Unless of course you've changed the "TargetSectors=nnnn" variable to a value that is greater than will actually fit on a DVD.

You say it was 5.7GB... how much audio will be removed?

Also -- as I've said many times... errors following preprocessing with other packages are not errors. Does the disc work without the preprocessing?

No audio nor subtitle were removed, so at first, I though i've set the output directory of the 1st job, as the input for this one ... but that wasn't the case.
The new targetSector was 2264000 (it was the default value before).

Obviously, and as ever, dvd-rb perfectly works with no pre-processing done at all. I'm just trying to make it works with it (it's not a bug since dvdrb wasn't developed for that purpose).

The thing which surprised me, is that the job worked only once although this was the same vobblanker project (and the same source)

PS : I've just tried with "special error processing" checked, and the rebuild worked fine (with "no compression" setting). I'll try today with CCE 2.67 (+RbOpt) to be sure.

Just works perfectly with special option checked, sorry for being a bother >_<
