Hey!

After using Ridisc 4x in many months, Im now willing to try with 8x discs. Normally I order my discs from England, so I checked the sellers homepage and found a good price for DATAWRITE GREY X8 DVD-R (Fuji), but Im afraid of buying more hundreds of these discs, if they are some crap.
I have read some tests of the discs, which seem good, but one of my friends has bad experiences with the disc, but maybe he was just unlucky.

What do you think? Should I buy DATAWRITE GREY X8 DVD-R (Fuji)?

Thanks for you help.

They're very good.
On my Pioneer 108 they write at a true 8x and the Nero speed chart shows a clean smooth line with no drop-outs.
I believe they use a Fuji dye so they're not some backyard specials cobbled together in God knows where. Cheap too!;)

I found these disc's OK but last 100 ordered were Prodisc F01.
No coasters 50 burnt @ 8x but not as smooth on speed graph. Hacked to read at 16x so only top quality media will give a nice graph at this speed.
