Need a dvd player?

can some one recomend a dvd player that will play all divx and xvid stuff? mine surrently is a jvc and it has trouble with some xvid but not all of them...i dont get that. looking to spend around 130 or less..any help would be great. Thanks.

i'm not sure if there's any mpeg-4/divx players out there that support all the ASP features that xvid does.

if you want compatibility, encode without GMC, without packed bitstream (maybe...) and possibly without qpel.

i think you'll have to research players that support as many features as possible. (Xvid supports qpel, b-frames and 3 warp point GMC, so you'll want a player that does those, but IMHO GMC isn't all that important).
