View Full Version : Stuttering picture

Hello!

I am converting a NTSC SVCD (unfortunately no good source available) to PAL, but there is unfortunately one very bad scene (see below for donwload), where the camera moves up, and the picture is stuttering extremely.
After the conversion (e.g. IVTC, resizing, etc.), it looks even worse, although the rest is PAL (perfect at least)!

Deinterlacing did not help either!

How to improve the quality?

Here is the video (DivX 5 compressed, not good, but the problem is visible):

Quoting the Forum Rules

I think others will agree that your SVCD of the "Movie that isn't out yet" falls under this rule. Sorry.

Okay, it's not a movie which is not out yet, it's a selfmade holiday video, which I unfortunately just burned on NTSC SVCD  .

But please give me help on howto fix the problem!

nothing to improve here.
the video has been resized without bothering about interlacing.
So you cannot fix this

buy that DVD instead.
