a small question on real audio 10

i use 64 Kbps Stereo Music - RealAudio 10 raac 0 44.1 kHz
but in clip source it gave me

Max Stream Bit Rate: 64.0 Kbps

Audio Codec: (RealAudio) 32000 Khz

it should gave me (RealAudio) 44100 Khz, isnt it?

or i got something wrong?

This is correct. For AAC at 64 kbps, Producer will downsample to 32 kHz, since AAC is really struggling at that bitrate. I just tested it myself, and it sounds pretty bad. At 64 kbps, you may want to use HE-AAC (racp) or RealAudio 8 (cook).

By the way, a much more convenient tool to see the contents of an RM file is the RM Shell extension (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=55392). This allows right clicking RM files, and in Properties, see a description of the content. For the file I encoded with AAC it shows 'RAAC - 0' as the codec (while it makes a mistake for the frequency though and shows 2000...)

HE-AAC for 96 kbps and below. AAC for 128 kbps and above.
