Sometimes, after encoding there are many dancing blocks. Especially on the black or dark backgrounds of the picture. Probably it's caused by too low bitrate but sometimes it is also present in movies encoded with 1000-1200 kbps. I tried to use many filters and also different combinations of them. The best results I got useing dnr2. The blocks of dark and flat scenes disappear at all after using dnr2.
But something different appears. It's not easy for me to describe this effect; It look like some elements of previous frames are present in next ones. It is perfecly visible when some kind of text (subtitles) or pictures are moving on black screen. Then I can notice something like a ribbons moving behind them. Also when the scenes change some details from the previous scene are present in the next one.
I tried to use many different arguments for this filter:
Dnr2(8,4,6,3,6,3,"DNR1") or
Dnr2(4,3,3,2,3,2,"DNR1") and some others.
If the arguments are lower the effect is also less visible but it is still present.

Thank You for all advices and answers !
