Most of the disks that I am trying to backup are dual layer DVDs. I don't like sacrificing picture quality at all, so I split them into to two DVDs by using DVD Shrink then buring it with DVD Decrypter.
But my problem is I only get the movie alone in the two disks no menus what so ever.
I would like to be able to create a DVD that still has menus like the original but only have half of the movie inside, so I could make two DVDs for one dual layer DVD that both still have nice menus in them.
Is this even possible??? Do you know how to do it in DVD Shrink and Decrypter??
Or maybe you guys can suggest other programs that are capable of this or that could aid DVD Shrink and Decrypter in Achieving this.

Visit IfoEdit web site (http://www.ifoedit.com/). Especially that page (http://ifoedit.wh.fr0zen.com/copy.html).

I use DVD Stripper and CloneDVD for this task. Both work well, retaining menus in both DVD's. I prefer DVD Stripper, because it's freeware and gives me the choise to remove unwanted material (copyright warnings etc), but the choise is up to you.
You can find a guide about DVD Stripper Setup here:
http://www.mpegit.net/dvdstripper_basic.php
and about splitting a movie with it here:

A guide about splitting a movie using cloneDVD can be found in Elby site (http://www.elby.ch/products/clone_dvd/manual/usage.html) and also in program help.

I use VOBblanker to blank about the second half the chapters of the movie and make the first DVD with all menues (and extras) and just half the film. Then I make the second one with, again, all the menues and extra and the second half of the movie blanking the other chapters.
So I obtain two full operational DVDs with no quality loss at all. At this point you can optimize the result: you can use a blanked cell (usually the last one) for a "insert next disc" strip (VOBblanker can easily do it with the replace function).
You have to deal with the problem that a blanked cell lasts some seconds, so you ought to wait between the end of the last non-blanked cell and the inserted strip. I use IFOEdit (or PGCEdit) to put a new cell command (jump to chapter xx where xx in the replaced chapter) and set on the cell command in all the blanked cell (except the last one). This way also Chapter menu works ("Insert disc two" when you ask for a chapter in DVD two)
On DVD two, if you don't want to deal again with menues, you can edit the "first play PGC", VMGM_MAT section of VIDEO_TS.IFO, to directly jump to the movie. To avoid to wait time for blanked cells you can repeat what you did in DVD one: put a new cell command (jump to the first non-blanked cell) and set on the cell command in all the blanked ones. For full operating Chapter menu ("Insert disc one" when you ask for a chapter in DVD one) you have also to replace a blanked cell with a new strip.
