films jerky

i am having problems with tmpgenc all my avi films are jerky on forward motion can anyone help me out with this

Do you use a frameserver? If not, give it a try.

TMPGENc is sometimes little uptight with some codecs. (AVI is only the container. To look into it you could use a tool like GSpot.)

i have gspot and it tells me that i have the codecs installed. 2 weeks ago it was fine films was smooth no probs but i had to format the pc now i just can not get it right i had this same problem last time but i dont no what i put in to sort it out
