Ok here is my issue. Maybe one of you can figure this out...
I am running a Sony DRU-500 and have been burning with no problem using DVD shrink 3.2 and latest Nero. Works like a champ. Well I saw a TDK indiDVD 12x4x12 on sale and thought hey with this I can rip from one and burn to the disk in the other and save a process of replacing disk with blank disk.....
So I get it, install it ( Sony master, TDK slave).. Did not add any of the Roxio software ( never been a big fan) Go to rip and bam.....locks up...... Never has locked up before so I am sure there is a conflict between the two drives. Had this with my HP 200I (hated it) and the Sony. Finally just got rid of the HP.
Any idea what to do to fix it?
