raw enc vs. vhs enc

Hi,

I have a Saturn game, and want to extract the video sources...

So please dont blame me for this question:

What's better:

Copy the cpk-files to HD, Raw encoding from FILMv09/cinepak to file
or
Capturing from TV ??

Your first option (while I don't know anything about the formats or the applications) keeps the video completely in digital form, and should be preferred.

Your second option -- analog TV signal converted back to digital via an analog capture -- will incur a significant loss of video information. For more information, see the Capture Guide.
