Hello,
I'm trying to string together the LOTR EE DVD's and I'm having some problems with cropping and fading the movies. I've tried modifying the avs script generated by GK, but that only results in cropped and faded video.
I've tried writing an AVS script to crop and fade both audio+video using avisynth and vdub, but the mp3 audio quality from vdub is nowhere near as good as it is with besweet.
I assume that I should use GK to transcode and crop the files, then another program to fade the beginnings and the ends. How can I do this without compressing the audio to MP3 twice? Is there a was to have the video and audio streams seperately cropped and faded, then sync them together? I can figure it out for myself if someone could just point me in the right direction.
