Duplicate VOBids - Scenarist ?

Hi,

During processing of "The Lion King 2" I get this in the log of DIF4U:

(22:34:20) In VTS 1, PGC 2 is in PGC 1. Unchecking PGC 2
(22:34:20) In VTS 4, PGC 1 is in PGC 7. Unchecking PGC 1
(22:34:20) In VTS 4, PGC 2 is in PGC 7. Unchecking PGC 2
(22:34:20) In VTS 4, PGC 3 is in PGC 7. Unchecking PGC 3
(22:34:20) In VTS 4, PGC 4 is in PGC 7. Unchecking PGC 4
(22:34:20) In VTS 4, PGC 5 is in PGC 7. Unchecking PGC 5
(22:34:20) Duplicate VobID Checking Complete.
(22:34:20) Duplicate VobID Checking Complete.
(22:34:20) PGCs with Duplicate VobIDs were unchecked and logged to notes file. (Possible manual use of Scenarist required)

I've tried to process the file through Scenarist (after things have been through ReAuthorist) without modifications - but this step fails. I'm no expert in Scenarist, but hope that someone in here might be able to explain what to do (and where) in Scenarist - unless there's another way to solve the problem...

Try scenaid instead of reauthorist. Scenaid is capable of creating more complex scenarios.

An easy way to discribe this is that all the VOBID/CELLID's in PGC2 for example have already been accounted for in PGC1.. therefore it would be a waste of bits to grab it again....

ReAuthorist doesn't understand that (this is a fairly new feature in Doitfast4u) and instead would dummy all those files instead of properly assigning them to the already demuxed assets..

As Flu mentioned, try SA... it was build with that in mind and should properly reauthor the VTS for you
